Radiologic Technologist I (Per Diem) #3400

Join Our Medical Imaging Team!
We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Radiology Technologist to join our team and provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services. 

Hours: As Needed 

Requirements: 

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program

ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist

Current Wisconsin Radiographer license

BLS certification (required)

CT certification (preferred)

Excellent communication and multitasking skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Specific Duties:

Correctly identifies each patient and reviews requisitions before performing exams

Demonstrates knowledge of all diagnostic radiology equipment and proper usage 

Assess patient condition and safety throughout exam

Reviews each exam for technical accuracy regarding positioning and technique

Prepares contrast and administers to the patient under established guidelines under the direction of a physician.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Possesses interpersonal skills necessary to interact effectively with patients and families.

Ability to handle multiple tasks.

Ability to use computers, fax machines, and possess proper phone skills.

Physical Requirements:

Frequent standing, walking, sitting, and use of radiology equipment

Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally

Frequent pushing, pulling, bending, reaching, and overhead work
