* RACF basic knowledge: creation of user IDs, groups, profiles (data set and general resources)
* Knowledge of Vanguard Administrator and ERQ
* Able to use native RACF ISPF panels
* TSO
* Knowledge of mainframe Digital Certificates, Connect Direct, FTP services
* Vanguard Advisor, Vanguard Clean-up, Vanguard Off-Line
* SMF Reporting
* SETROPTS
* Follow documented procedures to disable terminated IDs
* Experience with collapsing (consolidating/merging) RACF databases
* Excel spreadsheet (data manipulation, v lookup, features to find and analyze duplicate records)
* Knowledge of Oracle Identity Manager a plus.
