Kā ražotnes vadītājs/-a Jūs uzņemsieties pilnu atbildību par ražotnes ikdienas darbību, finanšu rezultātiem, savlaicīgu pasūtījumu izpildi un komandas vadību. Šis ir operatīvs amats – aptuveni 70% darba laika pavadīsiet ražošanas vidē, nodrošinot efektīvu procesu norisi un ciešu sadarbību komandā.

Uzņēmums šobrīd īsteno nozīmīgu digitālo transformāciju, kas skars arī ražošanas procesus. Jums būs būtiska loma jaunu procedūru ieviešanā, kā arī tādas pieejas nostiprināšanā, kur ražotnes darbība tiek uzraudzīta un vadīta, balstoties uz veiktspējas datiem un KPI rādītājiem, izmantojot Power BI un ERP sistēmu.

• Nodaļu vadītāju un ražotnes darbinieku vadīšana, motivēšana un attīstīšana
