• Définition des besoins fonctionnels et techniques nécessaires pour l'implémentation d'un système ERP
• Formalisation des exigences pour guider la sélection et le déploiement d'un ERP adapté

Objectif :

• Optimiser les processus métiers existants pour améliorer la performance organisationnelle.

Tâches :

• Analyse des inefficacités.
• Proposition de nouveaux processus optimisés (TO-BE).
• Utilisation de techniques de modélisation comme BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
• Intégration de solutions technologiques pour l'automatisation des processus.

Master en Management de la Supply Chain, Ingénierie / Management des Systèmes d'Information (SI), Management des projets, Master en finance
