Job Description

Mercure Paris CDG Airport & Convention, hôtel 4* situé au Cœur de l’Aéroport de Roissy, une vue imprenable sur les pistes, ses 345 chambres, son restaurant, son bar, ses 18 salles de réunion, sa piscine ainsi que son board meeting qui surplombent les pistes de l’aéroport, recherche un (e) Réceptionniste Tournant H/F en stage 

Rattaché(e) au Chef de Réception, vous aurez pour principales missions:

•Assurer pour chaque client, un service et une expérience unique, personnalisé et chaleureux

•Vous serez alors amené(e) à effectuer les formalités d'accueil et de départ de nos clients, y compris la facturation

•Vous répondrez à l'ensemble des attentes clients en tentant également de mettre en avant nos services et prestations

•Étudiant(e) en Hôtellerie, Tourisme ou Accueil / Relations Clients

•Vous maitrisez l'anglais, et éventuellement une 2e langue

•Sens du service, à l'écoute, excellent relationnel

•Capacité d'adaptation, organisation et rigueur

•Esprit d’équipe
