Are you passionate about logistics, pricing, and working with international teams? We’re looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Quoting & Spot Rate Coordinator to support spot pricing activities across air, ocean, and road transport within our global network.

What You’ll Do

✔ Coordinate spot quote requests across our international network

✔ Be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and accurate responses

✔ Manage customer deadlines and update internal systems consistently

✔ Support win‑ratio and revenue growth while delivering exceptional customer service

✔ Ensure full compliance with internal procedures and external regulations

✔ Collaborate closely with Account Management and partner branches

✔ Track KPIs and contribute to performance and process improvements

Desired Qualifications

 What We’re Looking For

✅ Logistics experience in air, ocean, and/or road freight is valuable but not mandatory — we welcome candidates eager to learn and grow

✅ Knowledge of Incoterms and transport documentation is an advantage

✅ Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines

✅ Proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently

✅ A strong team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues across functions and locations to achieve shared goals

✅ Proficiency in Microsoft 365

✅ Fluent English & Spanish (role based in Monterrey)
