Key Responsibilities:
Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, brake inspections, and battery replacements.
Vehicle Inspections: Conduct multi-point inspections to ensure vehicles are operating safely and efficiently.
Service Excellence: Deliver high-quality service to our customers, ensuring their vehicles are serviced correctly and efficiently.
Safety Standards: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Documentation: Accurately document all work performed, including services completed, parts used, and any additional recommendations.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with Service Advisors and other technicians to ensure smooth workflow and high customer satisfaction.
Customer Interaction: Occasionally interact with customers to explain the services performed and answer any questions they may have.

Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience as an automotive technician or in a similar role is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Technical Skills: Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance, repair procedures, and diagnostic equipment.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure all services are completed to the highest standard.
Work Ethic: A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
