What You’ll Do:

We are a principal trading operation - not an intermediary. We internalise flow, manage LP relationships at scale, and make real-time routing decisions across millions of trades. The margin between getting execution right and getting it wrong is not abstract: it maps directly to P&L, LP cost, and client experience. This role exists because we are building the next generation of our trading intelligence stack - specifically the systems that translate quantitative models and behavioural signals into real-time execution decisions. You will work at the intersection of quant research and production systems: implementing models that matter, in environments where latency and correctness are both non- negotiable. You will not be maintaining legacy code. You will be designing and building systems that did not exist before - working alongside quantitative analysts and trading professionals who care deeply about getting this right.

What We’re Looking For:

Low-latency C++ components within our trading and execution infrastructure

Real-time signal processing pipelines - toxicity scoring, flow classification, execution quality metrics

FIX protocol connectivity layers for market venue integration and order routing

Backend services translating quant model outputs into actionable routing and hedging decisions

Large-scale data processing systems for strategy validation and backtesting frameworks

Performance-critical analytics across ClickHouse for historical and real-time trade data

Cross-platform build infrastructure across Linux and Windows environments

Qualifications:

Required

Deep C++ proficiency - production-grade, performance-critical, real-time systems

Hands-on HFT or low-latency design experience - you understand the stack from the OS up

FIX protocol implementation experience - you have built or maintained real market connectivity

Python with Pandas, NumPy, SciPy for research support and strategy validation pipelines

ClickHouse for analytical workloads - schema design, query performance, large-scale joins

Relational database experience: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL

Toolchain fluency: g++, MSVC, Make/CMake - you can manage your own build environment

REST API design and implementation for cross-system integration

Git and professional version control workflows

Strongly Preferred

Experience in CFD, or electronic trading market structure

MT4/MT5 or cTrader platform familiarity - data structures, plugin architecture

AWS or cloud infrastructure experience

Distributed systems or parallel computing background

Market microstructure understanding - what drives spread, toxicity, adverse selection
