The Opportunity
We are looking for someone who is insanely curious about people and is looking to grow within a small, innovative culture and be exposed to top clients and brands across industries, including tech and CPG. This person will make an immediate impact on the business and help shape the future of the team.
Responsibilities
Ownership and oversight of large scale, multi-market or increasingly complex research projects from start to finish in terms of time, budget, and client satisfaction.
Think creatively at every stage -- including crafting the approach, designing surveys, developing and executing against advanced analytic plans and telling human stories that impact the client’s business
Connect the dots across various data sources, including qualitative, secondary and client data
Manage and set expectations and goals for internal project teams while holding them accountable for success
Build strong client relationships, both on projects and from a business development perspective, liaising with Fortune 500 companies across industries
Ideal background
Prior hands-on survey research experience is a BIG plus, but even more important is a creative and strategic mindset when it comes to data
Strong writing skills are an absolute must as compelling and impactful storytelling is at the heart of our philosophy
Track record of translating research into business impact
Ideally at least three years of experience in quantitative research and insights
A degree/advanced degree in a relevant field (social sciences, design thinking, market research, marketing, statistics, or other)
