Role Overview

We're looking for a Quant Analyst to lead our work on client routing and client clusterization. You'll analyze client behavior, develop ML models, and design routing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain client clusterization models to segment clients by behavior, risk profile, and flow characteristics

Conduct statistical analysis of client flow patterns and their impact on P&L

Build and validate predictive models for client behavior and order flow toxicity

Must-Have Qualifications

STEM degree (quantitative field preferred — statistics, mathematics, physics, or similar)

Strong Python skills for data analysis and modeling

Strong ML skills

Solid understanding of financial markets

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Experience working in financial institutions: both buy and sell side are very much relevant
