Job Description

• Develop and maintain performance benchmarks and analytics for live trading strategies
• Measure transaction costs, slippage, and funding impacts to ensure executions align with research assumptions
• Partner with developers to tune execution algorithms and drive the post-trade feedback loop

Requirements:
• Degree in Math, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or related field

• Strong programming skills in Python and comfort with SQL and version control
• Exceptional problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience coding transaction-cost analytics, slippage models, and execution monitoring for trading
• Practical knowledge of crypto derivatives markets, funding mechanics, and exchange microstructure
