Job Description

• Develop and maintain systematic trading strategies in crypto markets
• Iterate and optimize parameter choices through rigorous back-testing and scenario analysis
• Monitor model performance, produce quantitative insights, and partner with engineering for production handoff
• Partner with developers and engineers to implement new strategies and updates to existing strategies

Requirements:
• Degree in Math, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Computer Science or related field
• Strong programming skills in Python and comfort with SQL and version control
• Exceptional problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Practical understanding of financial markets and derivatives
• Working knowledge of statistics, Monte Carlo methods, stochastic calculus, optimization, and time-series analysis
