Position Overview
We are seeking a quality technician for second shift.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify assembly issues.
• Quality checks following work instructions.
• Final inspection according work instructions.
• NCR reporting.
• Interaction with operators and supervisors.
Qualifications
Education:
Quality experience in manufacturing environments.
Experience:
A minimum of 3 years in quality department.
Preferred Qualifications:
• No Conformity report.
• Analytical mindset.
• Problem solving.
• Measurement & inspection techniques.
• Root Cause Analysis (5 Why, Fishbone).
• Use of quality software (ERP, QMS, SPC tools).
Soft Skills:
• Teamwork and cross-functional communication.
• Time management and prioritization.
• Attention to Detail.
• Proactivity.
Technology Stack:
Microsoft (excel, word, etc).
Physical Requirements
Ability to work in a standard office environment and use a computer for extended periods.
