Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Quality Technician to support daily quality activities in a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for an active, engaged person who is not afraid to communicate with production teams, engineers, and quality colleagues, and who wants to understand how quality works in real day‑to‑day operations.
This is an entry-level position with clear guidance and realistic growth opportunities within the quality field.
What you will do
• Communicate daily with production, engineering, logistics, quality, and suppliers
• Check that process steps, checks, and controls were completed as required
• Review whether documentation is complete, correct, and reflects reality
• Record production issues, deviations, and non‑conformities
• Support follow‑up of corrective actions and agreed next steps
• Assist in implementing safety and HSE measures and procedures through communication and checks
• Support quality activities in production and partly in supplier quality (SQE)
• Gradually learn how quality assurance rules are applied in everyday operations
This role will suit someone who likes to connect people, reality, and documentation, and who is not afraid to ask questions and get involved.
Requirements
• Willingness to learn and grow in quality assurance, with possible future exposure to HSE
• Able to communicate with different stakeholders as part of daily work
• Comfortable to leave the desk to verify information and understand production situations
• Structured and reliable, able to follow topics and support resolution of quality issues
• Czech and English (both) for daily work communication
• Technical background is a strong advantage, or willingness to build technical understanding over time
