Quality Systems Intern

The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Quality Systems Intern to support key operational activities within our Quality and Training Systems. This internship offers hands-on exposure to regulated industry practices, including document control, training compliance, and records management. The intern will work closely with the Quality team to help maintain inspection-ready systems while gaining practical experience with industry-standard tools such as Veeva Vault LMS. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate interested in quality, regulatory affairs, life sciences, or operations to gain real-world experience in a GxP-regulated environment.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Life Sciences, Quality, Regulatory, Information Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Comfortable working with electronic systems and databases

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a structured environment

The budgeted range for this position is $25.00 per hour. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected hourly range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.
