We are seeking a detail-oriented and visionary Quality & Sustainability Manager to join our team in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing quality management systems and sustainability initiatives that align with our organization's goals and values.

• Develop and maintain quality management systems to ensure consistent product and service quality
• Lead the preparation and control of all hotel documentation related to quality, food safety, sustainability, and compliance audits.
• Lead sustainability initiatives and programs to reduce environmental impact and promote responsible business practices
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality, food safety and sustainability standards
• Analyze data and prepare reports on quality metrics and sustainability performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement projects
• Stay up-to-date with relevant environmental regulations and food safety regulations and industry best practices
• Train and educate employees on quality, food safety and sustainability and hotel policies and procedures
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including certification bodies and regulatory agencies
• Initiate, monitor, and ensure timely closure of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience in quality management or sustainability roles in 5 star hotel environment 
• Proven track record of implementing and maintaining quality management systems
• Strong knowledge of sustainability practices and environmental regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong project management abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
• Relevant certifications such as ISO 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Green Key are preferred
• Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and innovation
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese is a plus
