We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineering professional to drive quality assurance and value engineering across construction projects. This role is ideal for candidates with 8–10 years of experience in real estate or construction environments who can ensure high standards in execution while contributing to cost optimization and improved constructability.

You will play a critical role in maintaining quality compliance across project sites, particularly in RCC works and finishing activities. The position involves working closely with design, project, and vendor teams to ensure that construction practices align with technical specifications, contractual requirements, and industry standards. In addition to quality oversight, you will contribute to value engineering initiatives, helping enhance overall project efficiency and product value.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure quality compliance across project sites, with a strong focus on RCC works and finishing activities
• Implement and enforce quality standards, inspection protocols, and best practices throughout the construction lifecycle
• Contribute to value engineering initiatives during design and execution phases to optimize costs and improve constructability
• Review contracts, technical specifications, and vendor scope documents to ensure quality-related requirements are clearly defined and adhered to
• Develop and standardize execution tools such as checklists, pour cards, method statements, and inspection formats
• Work closely with project teams, consultants, and contractors to resolve quality issues and ensure timely corrective actions
• Conduct site inspections and audits to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for process improvement
• Ensure alignment between design intent and on-ground execution through continuous monitoring and coordination
• Support documentation and reporting related to quality control, compliance, and site performance

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Strong experience in civil engineering within real estate, developer, or construction environments
• Deep understanding of RCC works, finishing activities, and construction quality standards
• Proven ability to implement quality control processes and ensure compliance across multiple project sites
• Experience in value engineering, with the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, technical specifications, and vendor management
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
• Leadership capabilities to influence site teams, contractors, and stakeholders toward quality excellence
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering
