JOB PROFILE:

Industry leading manufacturer offers a career-oriented opportunity for one to lead this plant’s 3rd shift QA tech team and operation. This plant is a non-union, fast paced, JIT operation. You will report to the Quality Manager.

We are looking for one who wants solid career and advancement opportunities, eventually willing to move into different departments and has the aptitude for career advancement.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor degree

· Experience in a manufacturing environment

· Good understanding and experience with Quality and Lean tools and practices

· Quality and / or Lean certifications/training, a plus

· Project management experience

· Outstanding “people” skills

· Solid communication, organization and time management skills

· Proven team leadership and supervisory skills and experience
