The Manufacturing & Supply (M&S) Quality Digital Solutions team drives the transformation of Quality operations at Sanofi. Our mission is to simplify, standardize, and digitalize processes across Quality Management Systems (QMS), Quality Control, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Analytics-related projects.

We oversee Quality data management, ensuring its consistent and efficient use across projects, and we apply KPIs and artificial intelligence to enhance Quality operations.

As a QMS Solution Business Expert, you will play a vital role in driving quality transformation and digitalization projects. Working in an agile environment, you will focus on designing, implementing, and maintaining simplified, standardized, and compliant processes. Collaborating with the Global Solution Lead and project teams, your work will contribute to the successful deployment and ongoing support of M&S Quality digital capabilities.

Main responsibilities:

• Contribute to the implementation of a clear and consistent approach to manage project risks, progress and delivery.

• Ensure close collaboration with digital teams.

• Support the transformation of processes and ways of working associated with the project under his/her responsibility.

• Contribute to user adoption, and support in daily operations (trouble shooting, escalation of quality events).

• Coordinate and ensure consistency of usage in adequation with real needs and process design.

• Ensure Life cycle management & compliance along time (deviation management, incidents solving, change control, etc.) in liaison with stakeholders.

• Contribute to value realization through the implementation & usage of the new solution implemented.

• Support measurement of the impact of the solution implementation through relevant KPIs.

• Managing the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness

• Ensuring consistent use of the QMS across teams and aligning it with real business needs and process designs.

• In this role, you will help transform Quality operations into streamlined, efficient, and digitalized systems, making a meaningful impact on how processes are managed across the organization.

About you

Experience:

• 5+ years in pharmaceutical industrial Quality operations, with hands-on QMS experience.

• Experience in GxP environment is an advantage.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in project management.

• Strong interest in digital projects and technologies

• Solid knowledge of computer system validation and digital solutions.

• Action-oriented, results-driven mindset with a focus on patient outcomes

Soft skills: 

• Team player with excellent listening and collaboration skills

• Persuasive, adaptable, and able to drive change

• Results-focused and proactive

Education:

• Background in technical/scientific fields or data management

Languages:

• Professional English proficiency is mandatory
