Objetivo del Puesto

Desarrollar las funciones del área de Quality Project and Excellence, dentro del área de garantía de calidad, en la realización de los PQR y la gestión de reclamaciones. Velar por la calidad y el cumplimiento con las Normas de Correcta Fabricación y en cumplimiento a la normativa del Grupo en términos de Calidad.

Responsabilidades Principales

PQR / Reclamaciones

• Realización de los PQR en nuevo sistema en sustitución de GenAir para la gestión de PQRs.

• Registro, investigación e informe de las reclamaciones en nuevo sistema a desarrollar en sustitución del QMS para la gestión de Reclamaciones.

• Realización de informes de recurrencia en nuevo sistema a desarrollar en sustitución del informe de recurrencia de reclamaciones del Hub.

Perfil Requerido

• Experiencia: Área de garantía de calidad en industria farmacéutica.

• Formación: Titulado/a superior, preferiblemente en Ciencias de la Salud, Farmacia o Química.

• Idiomas: Inglés (requerido).

Formamos parte del equipo de garantía de calidad. Nuestra principal misión es realizar los informes de PQR (Product Quality Review) y gestionamos las reclamaciones, registro, investigación e informe.

Nota para los Candidatos

El centro de Riells, actualmente propiedad de Sanofi, forma parte de un acuerdo transaccional y está previsto que sea transferido a Adamed. Los candidatos contratados durante este período se incorporarán inicialmente con un contrato laboral de Sanofi y posteriormente serán transferidos a Adamed una vez se complete la transacción.
