Responsable de aseguramiento del cumplimiento de las caracteristicas del producto y aseguramiento de que los procesos de lineas de produccion cumplan con los parametros asi como  tomar las decisiones  del flujo/destino de las unidades, teniendo en consideraciones los criterios de calidad previamente definidos y/o IPC A 610.

- Revisión de unidades siguiendo los SWI tomando decisiones acorde IPC A 610 o criterios previamente definidos

- Liberación de líneas para inicios de turno y cambios de modelo de acuerdo a hojas de set up, parámetros, golden samples, etc.

- Monitoreo de comportamiento de líneas durante turno basado en cumplimiento de caracteristicas de producto.

- Auditorías diarias al proceso (parametros, golden samples, alertas de calidad, quejas de cliente, material noconformante, SCRAP).- Soporte a produccion con criterios de aceptabilidad basados en estandares.Soporte en:

-  contenciones en piso de producción frente a fallas internas o externas

- Soporte en realizar estudios de GRR (Toma de resultados)

- Soporte a ingenieros de Calidad con asignaciones especiales.- Realizar preubas necesarias, para validaciones de lanzamiento

- Paro de línea frente a cualquier detección siguiendo la matriz de paro jidoka

- Auditorias periodicas a Flow Chart.

- Auditorias periodicas a PFMEA.

- Auditorias periodicas a Control Plan.

- Auditorias a documentacion.

- Inspeccion de producto en areas de empaque para liberación de material.
