Quality Manager (m/f/d)

Your mission:
PETER DÖHLE Schiffahrts-KG is a provider of global maritime services with roots in Hamburg and home ports all over the world. To support our Shipmanagement at the next possible time, we are looking for a Quality Manager (m/f/d).

YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
.
• Define management system standards and manage all activities and projects related to the development and continues improvement of the company management system
• Manage feedback and revision processes related to the management system
• Support document owners in the development, maintenance and revision of management system contents in the assigned application
• Manage the Management of Change (MoC) process in the office incl. tracking and follow up on change requests 
• Manage internal and external office audit programs incl. tracking and follow-up on identified deviations / improvement potentials in coordination with affected stakeholders (process owners) in assigned application
• Identify and conduct regular management system training programs / campaigns ashore
• Support the Management in the retrieval of KPIs relevant to the Management Review / Performance Review regularly
• Manage the vendor management process incl. tracking and follow-up on identified deviations / improvement potentials in coordination with affected internal / external stakeholders in assigned application

Your profile:
• Preferably advanced qualifications in quality or process management and/ or a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
• Sound knowledge and experience with Quality Management concepts (ISO 9000 series), not limited to maritime industry
• Persuasiveness and enthusiasm as well as the ability to contribute positively as part of a team and to adapt to a diverse working and team environment
• Effective interpersonal communication skills and the willingness to travel
• Good self organization, a structured way of working and effective time management
• Self motivation and the ability to work successfully under time pressure
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Proficient in all Microsoft 365 Office applications
• Good presentation skills
