• Conduct and release Q Test (product measurement at project and mass production) of product (Daily Product Audit (AQ-Test) and scheduled Q Test) including reporting into shared point
• New project handling (working instruction, records, review reference activities and documents from sister plant/lead plant, customer requirement, etc)
• Responsible for claim handling from customer
• Review customer requirement and adapt into RBIY's documents regularly
• Attend in project regular meeting and follow up OPL completion
• Attend in IPN regular Q-meeting
• Support for lesson learned feedback
• Conduct product measurement when required
• PPAP reporting to customer and PPAP summarizing
• Support to revise limit sample
• Proxy to conduct and release A and Q Test (product measurement at project and mass production) of product (Daily Product Audit (AQ-Test) and scheduled Q Test) including reporting into shared point
• Proxy to conduct product measurement when required
• Reporting 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method) change in their area
• Support implementation ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and TISAX in QMM Department (Start from Identification Aspect and Impact Analysis, Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment, Job Safety Analysis, provide MSDS for used material, etc)
• Reporting to QMM Manager when nonconformance/abnormality is happened in their area.
• Min D3 for education
• Has 1-2 years experience in Quality Management (QC, QA, QM)
• Has experience in SMT/EMS production process
• Experience in claim handling, reporting, and presentation
• Experience in automotive manufacturing with IATF 16949 certification
• Understand and speak English fluently
• VDA 6.5 certification is advantage
• Can read product drawing and used specification (including judgment for measuring result)
• Can use measuring equipment (Vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, CMM, microscope projector, etc)
• Familiar using SAP or other tools e.g. minitab, Q-DAS, etc
• Familiar with working instruction (WI/prosedur kerja)
• Living around Cikarang
This role will be hired contract-based.
