Quality Inspector 

2nd Shift Hours, Monday - Friday

Position Summary

In support of the Mission, Vision and Values of SyBridge Technologies Group of Companies, the Quality Inspector will play a crucial role in ensuring quality is a priority each and every time, while also achieving deadlines and customer satisfaction. A general knowledge of Plastic Injection Molding, process and part terminology, and sampling plans is required. 

Key Responsibilities

Actively performing process and visual inspections during production, in process inspection, final inspection audits, perform dimensional analysis, First Article Inspection

Complete metrology tasks using hand measurement tools, optical and digital inspection equipment

Performs audit on products produced and accurately records results

Audit production records, scan and create digital files

Must pass vision and color tests

Inspector must have MS Word & Excel spreadsheet knowledge. Data entry and some basic statistical/math knowledge is required.

Ability to read blueprints

Ability to work un-supervised and well with others – in a team environment. Must be able to train others on quality criteria and gauging techniques

A general knowledge of ISO 9001 is needed, must comply with Company ISO policies and procedures

Inventory Control experience a plus

Qualifications

Prior Plastic Injection Molding Operation and Inspection experience

Employee must be able to properly use mic’s and inspection equipment.

Must have high school or trade school diploma or minimum of five years in the trade or suitable equivalent.
