Schedule of the Quality Inspectors:

Monday - Friday

3pm - 11pm

Summary:
The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for inspecting the quality of in-process, final, and
incoming materials. Meets all the requirements of a Level 1 with additional experience.

Responsibilities of the Quality Inspectors:

Perform accurate dimensional and visual inspections of product

Collect and accurately document inspection results

Maintain collection of samples and document the results

Perform inspection of incoming, in-process, and final product

Evaluate product in relation to requirements

Can “Shadow” new employees and aid in training activities

Other duties as assigned

Experience of the Quality Inspectors:

Must have experience using Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gages, Microscopes, etc.

Must be able to read and understand drawings

Must have prior Inspector experience

Qualifications of the Quality Inspectors:

Ability to effectively use MSOffice Software

Ability to communicate effectively with all departments

Ability to determine tolerances and specifications from printed documents

Ability to lift 30 pounds

Must be detail oriented

Must take direction well and competently carry out instructions

Can run programs on Optical Comparator and CMM

lean room experience a plus

ISO and FDA experience a plus

Training Requirements:

Good documentation practices

Inspection equipment-CMM, Tool Makers Mic

IQMS-MRB, Drawings, QMS, Transactions, Scanning product to the next operation

Visual Rejections

Calibration
