Location: Remote
Schedule: Full Time - 37.5 Hours Weekly: Monday - Friday on Days from 8AM-5PM

A Day in the Life 
• This position works with Primary Care teams to coordinating quality projects, payer quality programs and incentives. Develops action plans to ensure practice processes are in place to insure positive outcomes for patients and finical outcomes for practices.  
• Coordination of quality projects: payer quality programs and incentives and develop action plan to ensure practice processes in place to capture available monies. 
• Reviews and contributes to assessment and appropriateness of provider offices working closely with office administration and managers. 
• Develops and maintains an atmosphere of personalized service through individual contact with key healthcare administrators, providers, community leaders, and individuals throughout the community.  
• Collaborates with Physician Hospital Organization, administration, providers, and insurers on current and future quality and process improvement initiatives. Develops individualized goals.  
What’s Required  
• High School Diploma or GED 
• Post-secondary education in business or related field
• 2 years in the healthcare industry is highly preferred
• Certified as a Medical Assistant or other clinically equivalent experience is highly preferred
