Objetivo
Soporte a los Sistemas y mejoras de Calidad, así como análisis de reclamaciones, resolución de problemas, acciones y seguimiento. Y soporte en Auditorías externas.

Principales Funciones y Responsabilidades

Analizar las reclamaciones de cliente liderando los análisis de causa raíz, asegurando que se establecen e implantan medidas efectivas de contención, corrección y prevención.

Participar en las sesiones de resolución de problemas (Análisis de causa raíz, acciones y seguimiento).

Elaborar y analizar los índices mensuales de calidad impulsando acciones de mejora para el cumplimiento de los objetivos.

Participar en los equipos de mejora de MRO.

Participar en la actualización y simplificación del sistema de Calidad de MRO en base a los requisitos de Normas, Regulaciones y Cliente.

Soporte a las Auditorías externas (Aenor, Easa, Regulaciones Civiles, extranjeras, Clientes, etc.).

Asegurar mediante auditorías de Sistema, Proceso y Producto que las prácticas y operativas cumplen los requisitos del Sistema de Calidad.
