The destination comprises several distinct sites featuring five-star hotels, luxury private residences, a world-class golf experience, and many year-round activities. Navarino Dunes is home to The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort, The Westin Resort Costa Navarino and Costa Navarino Residences. Navarino Bay is the setting for Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino, W Costa Navarino and Navarino Agora, a curated marketplace. Both sites have signature golf courses, while at Navarino Hills there are two further signature golf courses.
Costa Navarino is looking for a data-driven Quality Coordinator to join our Quality, Risk & Compliance team in a leading 5-star hospitality environment. In this role, you will analyze performance data, create actionable reports, and turn insights into improvements that enhance both the guest experience and operational excellence. You will work closely with department heads and senior management, helping to foster a culture of transparency, measurement, and continuous improvement across the resort.
Responsibilities
• Support implementation and monitoring of quality standards across all departments.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze operational and audit data (LQA, 59club, Guest Voice, internal audits, MIHC, Forbes).
• Prepare reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI to support management decisions.
• Transform data insights into structured action plans and follow-up trackers for department heads.
• Monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure timely closure.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR and L&D on quality and compliance training initiatives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Certifications in Quality Management or Data Analytics are considered an asset.
• 3–5 years of experience in Quality, Compliance, or Operations Analysis, preferably in a luxury resort or hospitality setting.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, dashboards, Power Query, KPI tracking).
• Knowledge of Power BI for dashboards and data visualization is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to transform analysis into actionable operational plans.
• Experience in root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• Adaptability to changing processes while maintaining accuracy.
• Fluency in English; Greek preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and collaborative.
