🚀 We’re looking for a proactive Quality Control (QC) Technician with deep expertise in analytical testing, audit compliance, and laboratory operations. If you thrive in a multi-shift environment, excel at 24×7 audit readiness, and have hands-on experience with LIR/OOS/OOT investigations, instrument calibration, and GMP/GLP practices, this opportunity in a dynamic pharmaceutical setting is for you. 
Key Responsibilities:
1.    Sampling and analysis of RM / FG / intermediates / cleaning samples based on requirement and result entry in analytical sheet, QA form, LIMS and online documentation as per data integrity norms.
2.   Perform analytical test according to the monograph and SOP.
3.   Responsible for calibration and verification of instruments.
4.   Maintaining of reserved samples room and chambers / autoclaves / incubators.
5.   Help to in charge in preparation of documents related to department (like STP’s, SOP’s and etc.)
6.   Ensure the sampling of finished products, Raw material, Intermediate and sending sample to outside laboratory for analysis.
7.   Must be ensured sampled, approved and rejected labels timely as require.
8.  Responsible to maintain the stock record of chemicals and reconciliation of standards.
9.   Any other job assigned by the Manger -QC Manger or group leader-QC
10.       24 × 7 audit readiness.
11.       Responsible to work in different shifts.
12.       Participation in internal, external, regulatory audits.
13.       Ensure 100% participation in training’s against CAPA’s.
14.       Responsible for initiation and investigation on LIR, OOS, OOT & boarder line results and reporting them to the in-charge.
15.       Supporting to share required documents from QC to RA/ other requirement.
16.       Determining team priorities in accordance with the plant’s needs, while coordinating with the team leader / Manger.
17.       Follow up the housekeeping, cGMP, GLP and Safety Guideline in laboratory.
The ideal candidate will have: 
• Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry or B.Pharma.
• Experience: 5-7 years of industrial experience.
• Preferred Industries: API / Pharma.
