Job Description:

As a Quality Control Technician, you will have an essential role within the company. You will ensure that our clients' devices leave the workshop in a condition that reflects our dedication to excellent service. You will be responsible for assuring quality service at our workshop by following a streamlined procedure for functionality testing. If you are interested in IT or working with computers, this position is a great way to get your foot in the door.

Job Duties:

Performing post-repair quality control checks to ensure that devices meet specified criteria for functionality and performance.

Utilizing diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve hardware and software issues in computers and other electronic devices.

Maintaining detailed records of repairs, quality control checks, and any issues encountered during the process.

Striking a balance between speed and accuracy in performing quality control checks, ensuring efficient yet precise assessments.

Flexible schedule during client’s summer breaks: Because we work primarily with schools, our work slows down during school breaks. If you need time off work during summer, we’re able to accommodate that.

Paid Holidays: All Cell Tech Employees enjoy 6 paid holidays a year, after their 3 month probationary period.

PTO: Full time employees are eligible for one week of PTO a year, after their first year.

Qualifications

As a Quality Control Technician, your work embodies the company’s objective of supporting educators. We are looking for someone eager, prompt, and meticulous. Successful candidates are those who focus on efficiency and accuracy.

Other qualifications include:

Technical know-how (must be able to operate computers and perform data entry)

Successfully pass a background check

Legal right to work in the US

Job Time: 7AM- 3PM

Note:After the successful completion of 90 days probation period, the pay will be increased to $18 per hour.
