Purpose of the Role:
A senior role within our inspection department, that is shift responsible for the prioritisation of workloads & delivery of manufactured components that conform to design intent to support production targets and demand.
Principal Accountabilities:
• Ensure adherence to procedures, work instructions, and metrology best practices to deliver components and tooling that meet design intent.
• Drive on-time delivery during shift rotations by managing resources effectively and meeting production targets.
• Act as the key liaison between inspection and other departments, attending production meetings and providing status updates.
• Deliver detailed handovers to ensure seamless transition of priorities and information between shifts.
• Uphold health and safety standards at all times, never compromising employee safety.
