Job Opening: Quality Assurance Supervisor

Location: South Africa (Remote)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9 AM - 5 PM EST)

As a Quality Assurance Supervisor at ReWorks Solutions, you will take on a leadership role within our quality assurance team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all products and services meet stringent quality standards. You will be instrumental in developing QA strategies, managing QA processes, training, and mentoring team members, and promoting a culture of quality across the organization.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or software testing, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Established expertise in QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Strong leadership abilities and experience managing and mentoring teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
• Ability to establish metrics for performance evaluation and drive continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in QA tools and software as well as familiarity with Agile methodologies.
