Quality Assurance Specialist (Onsite, Brno, Czech + English)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer interactions (calls, chats, emails, social media) to ensure alignment with quality standards
• Deliver clear, constructive feedback to support representatives for continuous improvement
• Participate in internal and client calibration sessions to ensure quality consistency
• Collaborate with the Team Leader on coaching initiatives and performance alignment
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance service delivery
• Track and analyze quality-related data to identify trends and opportunities

Requirements:
Requirements

• Proficiency in Czech (C2 level) and English (minimum B2 level)
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Willingness to relocate or commute to Brno (onsite presence required)
