Quality Assurance/Quality Control Engineer (m/f/d)

To support the establishment of our Saudi operations, we are looking for a QA/QC Engineer (m/f/d) with a strong hands-on approach to implement and execute quality assurance and quality control activities at our new site.

Key Accountabilities

Quality Control & Inspection

Perform inspection, measurement, and testing of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products according to approved inspection plans and customer requirements.

Identify and document non-conformities and ensure proper segregation and reporting.

Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality documentation.

Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions using methods such as 8D, 5-Why, Fishbone.

Ensure calibration and proper use of inspection and measurement equipment.

Ensure compliance with ISO standards, APQP tools, and internal Quality Management Systems.

Site Set-Up & Quality System Implementation

Support implementation of the Quality Management System at the Saudi site.

Define inspection workflows, quality gates, and documentation templates.

Participate in equipment validation and operational readiness activities.

Assist in training operators and staff on quality standards.

Contribute actively to building a strong quality culture from Day-1.

Qualifications & Skills (Profile)

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.

5–8 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control in industrial environments.

Hands-on experience with inspection and measurement tools.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Knowledge of ISO standards, APQP tools, and quality documentation.

Experience with root cause analysis methods (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone).

Fluent English (written and spoken) – essential.

Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive working style.
