Quality Assurance Manager - Dietary Supplements

Pronto Manufacturing & Fulfillment is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager with dietary supplements experience to join our team in the dietary supplements industry. We adhere to the highest industry standards, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and are committed to continuous improvement. We are currently seeking a Quality Manager to join our team and ensure our products meet rigorous quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Bits of your job:

• Manage the company’s Quality Assurance (QA) department to ensure compliance with GMP, FDA regulations (21 CFR), and other relevant industry standards.

• Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).

• Supervise the review and approval of batch records, specifications, and test results for raw materials and finished products.

• Maintain the documentation of all quality-related activities, ensuring proper storage and accessibility of records in compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Serve as the primary contact for regulatory agencies and external auditors during inspections and audits.

• Provide strategic direction for quality initiatives, including process optimization, risk management, and continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
