In this role, you’ll be responsible for picking and packing our wallcovering with precision, reporting to the Quality Assurance Inspector Team Lead and based at our Fairfield, NJ location with the working shift Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
What You’ll Be Doing
Returns & Quality Inspections
Inspect returned products in accordance with Quality Assurance standards and guidelines
Accurately document return details in CRM and NAV systems under the direction of the QA Supervisor
Prepare defective merchandise and return‑to‑sender items for review and follow‑up action
Stock & Operational Inspections
Assist with inbound, outbound, and digital inspections to ensure quality compliance
Complete inspection forms, tracking documents, and QA records accurately and on time
Support internal Customer Experience inspection requests and escalate issues or findings as needed
Master Sample Library Support
Maintain organization of master samples, including binders and shelving
File and track new master samples provided by Product Development
What You Bring to the Table
A minimum of 2 years of experience within a warehouse setting
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and take pride in ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality in their work
Ability to multitask effectively and shift prioritize quickly while remaining an organized
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, as the role involves clear documentation and collaboration with cross‑functional teams
Comfort with general computer use and digital systems is expected, including the ability to accurately enter and maintain records
Forklift experience is a plus, and familiarity with NAV, CRM systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or UPS WorldShip is preferred but not required
