Job Description

Purpose: To provide leadership, to lead and supervise the CMM inspectors, MRB Lead and Quality technicians in managing production demand and loading to meet delivery requirements and manage compliant.

• Lead and supervise CMM inspectors and quality technician in in-process and final inspection.
• Manage production demand and loading to meet delivery requirements and manage output hours.
• Develop SPC template for customer to monitor critical to quality (CTQ), Product Quality Report (PQR), TCD data.
• Administer Review Material Authorization (RMA) investigation report for further investigation to tally with customer's feedback.
• Initiate Material Review Board (MRB) review with Shop to discuss on root cause analysis and identify ownership.
Conduct training to standardize work procedures an instruction for new inspectors.
• Conduct necessary audits to ensure compliance of procedures & work instructions.

Requirements:
• Degree in Mechatronics, Precision Engineering or other relevant qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality assurance environment in manufacturing industry.
• Good problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel functions
• Good communication skills
