Job Summary

TetraPak Closures Spain is looking for a highly motivated individual to take the challenge and be the member of the WCM & Quality Department of the factory in Seville.
The position is responsible for factory quality assurance related work, collaborate for maintaining Quality System/ data and provide analysis for improving quality.

What you will do
Lead internal claims analysis collaborating with all departments (specially AM, PM and SCOFF) to eradicate quality losses, strong collaboration with other pillars.
Driver for Base Material quality continuous improvement: be responsible for Supplier Claim handling, reporting issues to suppliers and countermeasures follow up.
Product Quality Test: Understand all the test methods for quality test, can train staff in all the test method.
Collaborate on customer Claim handling: identify root causes and eradicate them by defining high CML countermeasures.
Lead WCM improvement teams and internal claims analysis collaborating with AM, PM and SCOFF to eradicate quality losses.
Quality system management: Particiapte in the ISO, BRC and FDA system built up and maintain.
Includes SPC and Computer Data Acquisition System. Analysis the data on time and come up with the improvement suggestion.
We believe you have

At least 3 years QA or related work experience in either Production/ Maintenance/ WCM; Or Post Graduate Engineering Degree in advanced scicne or Statistical Methods Familiar with ISO9001/ ISO14001/ BRC/ ISO22000/ OHSAS18001 system; SPC, TQM, TPM or WCM related experience is needed
