Quality Assurance and Testing expert (3 Months Contract)

At Müller's Solutions, we are seeking a Quality Assurance and Testing Expert to ensure our software products meet the highest quality standards. This role is critical in developing and implementing effective testing strategies that improve product quality and enhance customer satisfaction. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify testing requirements and execute comprehensive testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, performance, and usability testing to validate software functionality and performance.
• Identify, document, and track software defects, ensuring thorough follow-up until resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback and improve product quality throughout the development cycle.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports and presentations to stakeholders.
• Develop testing methodologies and ensure adherence to best practices in testing and quality assurance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in quality assurance and testing tools.
• Conduct training sessions for team members on best practices in testing and quality assurance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in quality assurance and testing in software development environments.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, QTP, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in writing clear and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus.
