Job Description
One World Global Services (OWGS) is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to support the monitoring and improvement of interpreter performance across our language access programs.
This role plays a key part in ensuring interpreters deliver services that meet client quality standards, operational protocols, and customer experience expectations.
You will evaluate interpreter calls, identify quality trends, and help drive continuous improvement across the operation.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct quality audits of interpreter calls based on established QA guidelines
• Evaluate interpreter performance related to protocol adherence, communication, and call handling
• Document audit results and provide structured feedback
• Identify performance risks and recurring quality issues
• Support quality investigations related to complaints or service concerns
• Collaborate with the QA Team Lead and operations teams to improve interpreter performance
What We Are Looking For
• Experience in Quality Assurance, Call Monitoring, or Interpreter Evaluation
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to evaluate calls objectively using defined quality standards
• Excellent written communication skills
• Experience in call center, language services, or customer support environments is a plus
