ClinChoice, is searching for a Quality Analyst – Supplier Quality to join one of our partner companies, a large pharmaceutical company leader in the field of biomedicines, where you will work at Geel office, until 31 December 2026.

As a client-facing role, we are looking for confident candidates with the ability to work independently whilst establishing a high-trust environment with the client counter-parts.

Scope of the role:

The Quality Analyst – Supplier Quality supports the achievement and maintenance of quality standards at external suppliers. This role provides support and oversight of quality operations for external business partners, ensuring continuous compliance with relevant regulatory and quality requirements.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Support quality oversight activities for external suppliers.

• Ensure continuous compliance with regulatory health authority requirements.

• Perform quality assurance review and approval activities (e.g. Change Control, Deviation Handling).

• Support supplier audit activities and proactive quality engagement.

• Assist in the creation and management of supplier risk mitigation plans.

• Support effective risk management, strategy development, and execution.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations, Procurement, TechOps, Regulatory Affairs, and EHS.

• Interface between supplier quality units and internal quality teams.

• Act in a supporting role within the Supplier Quality organization.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.

• 2-4 years of experience in quality assurance, supplier quality management, or a related field.

• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.

• Attention to quality, compliance, and regulatory standards.

• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Ability to work in a cross-functional and global environment.

• Fluent in English and Dutch (spoken and written).
