Quality Assurance Analyst

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a critical member of our development team, you will play an essential role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. In this role, you will collaborate closely with developers and product managers to understand product requirements, design effective test plans, and execute rigorous testing procedures. You will utilize a variety of testing methodologies and tools to ensure our applications meet the highest quality standards before they reach our customers.

Responsibilities:
• Test the dta and it lkk @@dDevelop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on product requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing on new and existing features.
• Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis of defects and provide actionable feedback to improve product quality.
• Participate in design and requirement reviews to provide input on quality considerations.
• Automate test cases where applicable to enhance testing efficiency.
• Monitor and report on testing progress and results to stakeholders.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of quality assurance processes and standards.
• dStay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality assurance.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in test management tools and defect tracking systems.
• Experience with automated testing tools is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is preferred.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with performance testing tools.
