Healthcare Insurance industry with Facets experience required

• Experience as test lead for large projects

• Experience delivering complex enterprise application systems, distributed systems

• Knowledge of XML, HIPAA EDI Transactions

• Required Skills: 5 years of experience

• Experience in IBM Rational Tools Suite preferred ¿ Performance tester, Functional Tester, Clear Quest

• Rational Test Tools

• WEB Application Testing

• Any of Oracle, Sybase, SQL server, DB2 skills

• Strong in SQL Queries

• UNIX Skills

• Testing and Quality Assurance processes and techniques

• Multi-tasking skills

Work Complexity

- Works on multiple test programs/systems as a team member or testing lead.

- Considered a subject matter expert for one or more programs/systems.

- Works on projects of high complexity within one or more development environments.

Education/ Experience

- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

- 5 years of systems development and/or business experience required.

- 3 years of quality assurance experience required.

- Demonstrated proficiency in Software Testing applications.

- Knowledge of the Software Development Methodology.

- Experience leading small teams.
