Software process/quality assurance analyst:
Maintain & manage Quality Audit plan & activities
Effectiveness & adherence to the processes & products expected by appropriate use of the CMMi framework
CMMI practice implementation
Provide formal Quality Audit review reports & track non-compliances to closure
Coach, support Managers & teams
Shortfalls identified with adherence to CMMI level 2 expected practices
Collate, analyze & report monthly Quality Audit performance indicators

Skills & Qualifications:
Has played the role Software Process/Quality Assurance executive
Providing a Quality Assurance function to IT projects
Excellent knowledge of IT project management
Deployment of CMMI practices
