The Opportunity:
We are always looking to connect with talented Quality, Regulatory, and Food Safety professionals across levels - from early-career Analysts to experienced Managers - who are excited to help build and scale best-in-class quality and compliance systems.
These roles sit at the intersection of supplier quality, regulatory compliance, food safety programs, traceability, and operational execution. • Prepare and maintain regulatory documentation (FDA, FSMA, GFSI, Prop 65, international requirements)
• Review and approve labels, Nutrition Facts Panels (NFPs), ingredient statements, and claims
• Support regulatory requirements for new product launches and product changes
Systems & Documentation
• Maintain and improve SOPs, specifications, and training materials
• Manage supplier documentation, COAs, and specifications
Support or lead implementation and optimization of systems such as TraceGains

Required:
• Background in Food Science, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Food Safety, or related field
• Experience in food, beverage, or CPG quality, regulatory, supplier quality, or food safety
• Working knowledge of food safety and regulatory frameworks (FDA, FSMA, GFSI, HACCP, Prop 65)
• Strong organizational skills with a high bar for documentation and follow-through
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, scaling environment
Preferred:
• Experience with supplier audits, CAPAs, and recall execution
• Familiarity with TraceGains or similar supplier management systems
• PCQI, HACCP, or GFSI experience
