As our Quality Fraud & User (Re-)Review Specialist, you will be the guardian of our users' trust. You'll ensure bunq remains a safe and secure banking environment while delivering a seamless, stress-free experience. You will own the quality and efficiency of our fraud prevention and user review processes, making sure our users feel supported and understood.
