Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Quality Analyst to join our BPO operations. In this role, you will monitor and evaluate agent performance, develop learning content, and ensure operational excellence in line with client expectations. You will collaborate across teams and support training initiatives, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and evaluate agent interactions to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Design and develop learning content and training materials.

Provide analytical insights and reports to support business decision-making.

Engage with stakeholders across all organizational levels to drive quality improvement.

Support training delivery and coaching initiatives where required.

Collaborate with multicultural teams and international clients to maintain performance standards.

Qualifications

Essential:

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Quality professional, ideally in a BPO or contact centre environment.

Strong experience in learning content design and development.

Proficiency in learner management systems and e-learning platforms.

Excellent organisational, analytical, and report-writing skills.

Strong communication skills with confidence across all organizational levels.

Flexibility to work US hours, including night shifts.

Preferred:

Experience delivering product-led or performance-driven training at scale.

Exposure to fast-growing, high-performance operational environments.

Experience working with international clients and multicultural teams.
