• Melakukan analisis pengendalian proses statistik (SPC) untuk mengidentifikasi tren dan potensi masalah kualitas
• Mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data kualitas untuk menghasilkan laporan yang komprehensif bagi manajemen
• Memelihara dokumentasi yang akurat tentang kegiatan kontrol kualitas dan hasil pengujian
• Berkolaborasi dengan tim produksi untuk mengimplementasikan inisiatif peningkatan kualitas
• Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar industri, peraturan, dan kebijakan kualitas perusahaan
• Mengkalibrasi dan memelihara peralatan dan instrumen kontrol kualitas
• Berpartisipasi dalam analisis akar masalah dan proses tindakan korektif
• Membantu mengembangkan dan memperbarui prosedur kontrol kualitas dan instruksi kerj

• Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Kimia, Teknik Kimia, atau bidang terkait.

• 2-3 tahun pengalaman dalam kontrol kualitas atau bidang terkait

• Kemahiran dalam teknik dan metodologi kontrol kualitas

• Pengetahuan yang kuat tentang pengendalian proses statistik (SPC) dan analisis data

• Pengalaman dengan perangkat lunak manajemen mutu dan alat pelaporan

• Pemahaman tentang standar dan peraturan industri

• Perhatian yang sangat baik terhadap detail dan keterampilan analitis

• Kemampuan pemecahan masalah yang kuat

• Keterampilan komunikasi yang efektif, baik lisan maupun tulisan

• Lebih disukai yang memiliki pengalaman di bidang manufaktur atau proses industri
