Job Description

Die Segula Technologies Experts GmbH ist - als Teil von Segula Technologies, einem global agierenden Engineering-Konzern in den Branchen Automobilindustrie, Energie, Schiene, Schifffahrt und Luftfahrt mit über 10.000 Mitarbeitern - ein unabhängiges Entwicklungs- und Beratungsunternehmen mit ca. 320 Mitarbeitern für Kunden der Automobil-, Nutzfahrzeug- und Luftfahrtindustrie mit Kernkompetenzen als Systementwicklungsdienstleister in Design und Konzept, Berechnung und Simulation, Maschinenbau und Konstruktion, Elektrik und Elektronik, Integration und Ergonomie sowie Prototyping und Absicherung.

• Durchführung von Endkontrollen und Abnahmen der Fahrzeuge gemäß technischen und qualitativen Vorgaben.
• Dokumentationskontrolle und -erstellung, Dokumentation der Abnahmeergebnisse
• Bearbeitung von Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs) in den Systemen AOS, SAP und SQP. 
• Erstellung und Durchführung von Root Cause Analysen zur Ursachenermittlung von Fehlern. 
• Koordination, Kommunikation und Betreuung von Lieferanten und Subunternehmen im Hinblick auf NCRs. 
• Regelmäßiger Austausch und Berichterstattung an den Quality Retrofit Manager.

• Bereitschaft zur Mehrschichtarbeit (Früh-/Spätschicht und bei Bedarf Nachtschichten). 
• Uneingeschränkte Reisebereitschaft für Einsätze an verschiedenen Standorten in Deutschland. 
• Idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich Schienenfahrzeugbau. 
• Mindestens eine Grundausbildung in Problem Solving-Methoden ist erforderlich.
