As a Qualified Professional (QP), you’ll be a key member of our Operations team—helping individuals with disabilities live more independently and achieve their personal goals. You’ll serve as a trusted guide, advocate, and leader, delivering person-centered support that truly changes lives.
This role is responsible for overseeing service plans, coordinating care, and ensuring compliance with North Carolina regulations. The QP works closely with individuals served, families, staff, and care coordinators to deliver high-quality, individualized support.

Your Role: Our Qualified Professional works under the general supervision of the Lead Qualified Professional. Your skill set provides for health, safety, accountability, supervision, and training for people supported in the community. In this role you will assist people supported in a person-centered philosophy
Full-time status at 30 hours per week

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human services or in a related field
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
6 month's experience with persons with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities
Requirements:
You will be responsible for overseeing the essential areas required to effectively support the program plans for individuals served in the NC Eastern division. The Qualified Professional (QP) will facilitate and promote the Interdisciplinary Team Process, which includes the development of CLC's service objectives and the individualized Service Plans (ISP) for clients. Collaboration with other team members and Managed Care Organization (MCO) CARE Coordinators is vital to ensure the efficient delivery of services to those supported. You will also be required to adhere to all documentation requirements for the Interdisciplinary Service Plans (IPS), ensuring that all services are properly recorded in accordance with the standards set by the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, the Managed Care Organization, and any additional assigned responsibilities.
